Return & Exchange Policy — Inspire Gallery
At Inspire Gallery, we take great care in packaging and delivering every order. However, if there is an issue with your purchase, we are here to help.
We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The item you received is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)
Timeframe: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
- Email us or reach out via our Facebook page within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or resolution
Please Note:
- Returns are not accepted for change of mind, wrong size selected, or personal preference
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging at the time of return
- Inspire Gallery reserves the right to decline a request if the item shows signs of use or damage caused after delivery
